About the Role


The Regional Sales Program Director will lead Amazon's Global Selling into Latam team, driving international Sellers' success and growth on Amazon. This role requires an entrepreneurial, results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate project progress and work with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, defining high-priority improvements to reach business goals.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to drive system, tools, and process improvements, focusing on automating tasks currently performed manually.
3. Analyze key business metrics, developing recommendations for improvements and working with Sales, Tech, and Program teams to enhance selection recommendation tools for international sellers.
4. Develop programmatic tools to drive the increase of performance on specific Cross Border Sales channels.
5. Work with international sales teams to identify seller process improvements and with external partners to simplify selection recommendation processes.

About the Team

Joining the Global Selling into Latam team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. To be successful in this role, you need to feel comfortable navigating broad and diverse topics such as Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importations, marketing, operations, and working with tech teams.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate SQL
- Advanced Excel
- Stakeholder Management

- Creation of mechanisms and tracking
