We are seeking a creative and results-driven Program Manager to drive SPN and Exports in Latam. As part of the Seller Experience team, you will play a key role in improving Seller experience and enabling Latam Sellers to be successful selling in the US through the Global Selling Program.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute Latam's SPN and Exports plan aligned to business priorities
- Manage all aspects of initiatives, including strategy building, documentation, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing, and reporting
- Be the main point of contact and manage mechanisms ensuring bar-raising execution
- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics, and points for improvement based on Seller feedback
- Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences
- Define metrics to track program adoption and revisit plan to improve initiatives focused on targeted goals

Basic Qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- SQL
- Capability to manage end-to-end initiatives
- Dive deep to find improvements/opportunities
- Communication skills to negotiate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
