Global Program Manager for SPN and Exports, Latam

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Program Manager to drive SPN and Exports in Latam. The ideal candidate will own BR and MX strategy, managing, tracking, and improving our key channels and providers to cover key steps to export and improve sellers' knowledge and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute Latam's SPN and Exports plan aligned to business priorities
- Manage all aspects of initiatives: strategy building, doc writing, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing, and reporting
- Be the main point of contact and manage mechanisms ensuring barrier-raising execution
- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics, and points for improvement based on sellers' feedbacks
- Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences
- Define metrics to track program adoption and revisit plan to improve initiatives focused on targeted goals

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- SQL
- Capability to manage end-to-end initiatives
- Dive deep to find improvements/opportunities
- Communication skills to negotiate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
