About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to drive the success of our Global Selling Program in the Latam region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive plan to support the growth of our sellers in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic plan to drive the growth of our sellers in the Latam region
  • Manage all aspects of the initiatives, including strategy building, documentation, planning, messaging, launching, optimizing, and reporting
  • Be the main point of contact and manage mechanisms to ensure bar-raising execution
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to understand performance, business impact metrics, and points for improvement based on seller feedback
  • Collaborate with internal and external insights teams to identify opportunities and leverage them in creating strong narratives for our audiences
  • Define metrics to track program adoption and revisit the plan to improve initiatives focused on targeted goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
  • SQL
  • Capability to manage end-to-end initiatives
  • Ability to dive deep to find improvements/opportunities
  • Communication skills to negotiate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
