We are seeking an experienced OTC Sales Trader to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our institutional sales team, you will be responsible for developing counter-party relationships with large institutions, executing and matching large block trades, and building customized trade strategies with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including family offices, traditional financial institutions, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Execute and match large block trades within the market, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Contribute to the development of OTC sales strategies and guide the team on how to approach these strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors, such as banks, to set up credit lines.
- Work closely with the compliance team to onboard overseas and domestic OTC clients.
- Collaborate with the legal team to prepare sales and purchase agreements and ensure all processes are conducted within legal frameworks.
- Experience working in OTC sales, preferably in the cryptocurrency space.
- Strong relationships with institutional clients, including family offices, traditional financial institutions, and cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Demonstrable track record of building and managing sales teams.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and its potential to disrupt traditional financial systems.
