Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role or as a Chief of Staff, with a track record of success in strategic planning and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English language (fluent or advanced).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
