We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong market analysis, expansion skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with local market distributors and retail channels, ensuring effective channel layout and customer satisfaction;
  2. Manage the local market operation, preventing counterfeiting and price disruption, and achieving performance targets;
  3. Lead the company's product and brand localization campaign in the local market, organizing marketing activities and events;
  4. Conduct market research and analysis of competing products, staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights and inform strategic decisions.
Your Ideal Profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years of experience in market development, preferably in the consumer electronics, automotive accessories, solar panels, or energy storage sectors;
  2. Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to think independently and logically;
  3. Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, with the ability to use both languages as working languages;
  4. Open-minded and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
