Job Overview

The Parts Product Manager will spearhead the end-to-end customer experience strategy of their parts portfolio across all touchpoints in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new products/solutions and maintain optimal parts assortment for Genuine Volvo Parts.
  • Formulate business case proposals by creating and managing product modification requests within the area of responsibility.
  • Deliver value-based sales argumentation contents.
  • Capture the voice of customers within correlated areas.
  • Manage parts assortment lifecycle and design pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.
  • Develop, adjust, and maintain short, mid, and long-term strategic visions of the product roadmap.
  • Foster collaboration between Volvo Headquarters in Sweden and Latin America.
  • Closely cooperate and communicate with commercial, dealership network, and field service teams.
  • Analyze the parts portfolio using a combination of marketing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities through visits to Volvo dealerships, trade shows, and customers.
  • Utilize data management and business intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimize product performance.
