Join our team as a seasoned ProdOps & Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in Optimove’s production environment.

We are looking for a talented and data-driven individual with outstanding technical skills, and interested in growing and learning from the best. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting Optimive's production environment
  • Key person for integration projects and requests from customers (data and application-oriented)
  • Investigating and debugging ETL processes
  • Conducting data QA and analysis (Snowflake, MsSQL, BigQuery)
  • Performing configuration management
  • Creating robust and scalable processes
  • Communicating directly with customers to solve technical issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Outstanding technical skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Fast learner looking to be exposed to, and to work with, new technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with self-learning and problem-solving abilities
  • Agile, highly motivated, exceptional work ethics, ambitious, a super-multitasker and with a sense of responsibility to follow through on tasks
  • Able to talk about technology, even with non-technical people in a clear and coherent way
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and come up with creative ideas for improvements
  • Familiarity with software technologies (such as web and mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, JavaScript)
