This is a full-time remote role for a US Visa Case Manager specializing in EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for client engagement, case preparation, document collection, petition drafting, and submission, collaborating closely with an attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client profiling and case approach strategizing
  • Document collection and petition drafting
  • Case submission and follow-up
  • Staying updated with immigration policies and trends

Requirements:

  • Experience with U.S. immigration law, particularly EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Proficiency with case management software and online filing systems
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred
