Job Summary
">- We are seeking a skilled Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding process for clients and ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
About the Role
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integration playbooks that promote quick and effective adoption of our solutions.
- They will work closely with internal teams to configure and customize our platform according to each client's specific needs.
- Additionally, they will conduct training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure full understanding and utilization of our platform's functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement integration playbooks for clients.
- Configure and customize our platform according to client needs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops with clients.
- Monitor implementation progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide ongoing support during the integration phase.
Requirements
">- Proven experience managing B2B onboarding or implementation of HR, ERP, or SaaS solutions, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Experience building and executing integration playbooks and training programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/project management platforms is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for working with global clients and internal teams.
