Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our broker partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of brokers, providing them with strategic guidance, support, and resources to help them grow and achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve broker performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of brokers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve broker performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broker owners, internal teams, and agents.
  • Conduct regular analysis and provide insights on broker performance, using data tools and dashboards.
  • Coach brokers and agents on supply acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Facilitate and oversee the execution of tests and discoveries with brokers, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and market developments, providing expert insights to our team.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in business, consultancy, or strategic sales roles.
  • Proven track record of operating successfully in an autonomous work environment.
  • Strong business sense and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture business relationships with brokers and internal teams.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
