Job Title: Production Supervisor

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective operations of assigned lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Production Supervisor reports under the Production Manager and is accountable for implementing maintenance, quality, occupational safety, and line HR systems.
  • Monitors key performance indicators and line trends to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Manages resources efficiently to maximize material savings, cost improvement, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any engineering course with license and/or certification or graduate studies in relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, 1 year in supervisory capacity, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge in end-to-end value chain management for production spanning production planning, material requisition, production operations, and warehousing.
  • Aptitude in implementing relevant management systems including EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC.
  • Prominent leadership, communication, and basic management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge in ISHIKAWA, BEC, and 6W2H methodologies.
  • Excellent people management skills with solid experience in coaching, mentoring, employee discipline, performance management, talent development, and change management.
