Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Finance team as a Financial Controls Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This involves conducting thorough audits of tax-related processes and data to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

As a Financial Controls Analyst, you will be responsible for validating data integrity for reports submitted to regulators and external auditors. You will also develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor and enhance TAX area performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the TAX area to provide guidance on process improvements and serve as an independent validator for tax-related initiatives and business projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Legal, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial control, audit, accounting or tax compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of tax strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in meetings, draft reports, and deliver presentations.
  • Experience with financial control frameworks and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.

Work Environment

Our work model is hybrid, with cycles that can range from two to three months according to the business needs. For every eight or two weeks of remote work, one week will be spent at the office.
