We are seeking a skilled professional to lead FinTech technology initiatives from roadmaps to developments, deployments, and sustainment.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team as a senior leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical projects forward, aligned with our organization's standards and methodologies.

Your main accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to align the roadmap with technical strengths and opportunities
  • Partnering with the Product Owner in requirement definition and acceptance criteria, communicating trade-offs effectively with Tech Teams, providing project estimates and timelines
  • Sharing responsibility with the Product Owner for building reusable and scalable components, versioning the product efficiently and effectively
  • Overseeing the FinTech technical team (internal & external) and synchronizing all projects and business requirements, analyzing them and planning deliverables
  • Managing the delivery of FinTech projects and products, overseeing deployments and new releases
  • Result-driven achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly goals, identifying risks and forming contingency plans
  • Writing and presenting progress reports (all org levels - to technical teams and main stakeholders)

You will also be responsible for constant improvement of technical problem-solving, designing solutions, identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede project progress, challenging Business and Tech Teams to ensure the best equation for our Technology and FinTech.

  • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff, internal customers, and vendors
  • Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
Technical Requirements

Key Technical Competencies include Agile methodologies and governance, experience with cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, high level knowledge of DevOps principles and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, English at a professional level, Spanish is a plus, previous experience with LEANIX and TOGAF are a plus, experience with Microservices and API design and maintenance is required, basic knowledge of Security standards and audit processes is a plus.
