We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at FBSPL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Own all sales data and metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Design and optimize our outbound go-to-market strategy using best-in-class processes and tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SaaS sales teams effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare or radiology industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven success across the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
- Experience building a modern sales machine, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
- Proactive, optimistic, and solutions-driven approach, with a pragmatic mindset.
