Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employment Investigator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
About the Role
- We conduct investigations into employee matters, including background research, interviews, and debrief meetings.
- We partner with various stakeholders to ensure thorough and fair investigations.
- We identify and mitigate employment risks using data-driven insights.
- We maintain the company's ethics hotline and provide trainings on ethics and workplace matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in investigating and advising on employment-related matters.
- Familiarity with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience documenting and presenting investigation findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal investigations training and/or certification.
- Relationship management experience across global teams.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
