We are seeking an E-mail Deliverability Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and delivery of email campaigns across various industries. This role requires knowledge of industry best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Review and apply industry best practices for email marketing to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze email metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Analyse email deliverability issues via SAS and SparkPost tools including daily/weekly spot checks on all available delivery data/metrics per client.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with email deliverability platforms such as SAS CI 360, SparkPost, and 250OK tools. Additionally, they will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
