We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of strategic initiatives with a strong focus on technology and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support the development and implementation of project methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Governance & Information Systems:

  • Ensure project compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams facilitating requirement gathering and system implementation.
  • Participate in system rollouts upgrades and migrations including integration with ERP platforms.

Agile Practices & Team Collaboration:

  • Apply Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous value creation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives when applicable.
  • Collaborate on team management supporting resource allocation motivating team members and resolving conflicts to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.

Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency in reading writing and speaking is mandatory.
