Lead Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Client Solutions Team. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business units in sales enablement and ad operations processes and execution.

  • Work closely with business units, core functions, and support teams to lead, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across the monetization organization and implement scalable programs and best practices to enhance execution.
  • Coordinate and operationalize complex projects, setting fast-moving areas of the ads business such as creative maturity, personalization, and creator ads.
  • Shape and manage diverse stakeholder groups necessary to impact areas and packaged program outputs into actionable communications and activation programs that deliver meaningful changes in product strategy and client behavior.
  • Grow and develop your multi-disciplinary team to uncover the next generation of challenges, opportunities, and programs.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, preferably with biddable network experience.
  • Experience managing branding and performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Substantial experience managing large teams and leading partnerships is desired.
  • High attention to detail and very organized, self-starter, a fast learner with critical thinking, and a passion for driving results.
