About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team at DocuSign, Inc. This is a high-impact, retention role that will contribute to developing and refining our customer retention strategies and ensuring they align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team lead to build and execute global email, in-product, and mobile campaigns to drive successful feature adoption and ongoing usage of the product, and ultimately customer retention.
  • Work with regional marketing teams to develop a POV on existing gaps in our global marketing strategy to customers, delivering ongoing engagement targets in every region.
  • Contribute to the overarching lifecycle strategy, aligning with company objectives and key results while driving incremental revenue in the form of customer retention.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, analyses, and research to find trial growth opportunities and optimizations while applying A/B testing and other experimentation methods to continually refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate lifecycle marketing strategies, tactics, plans, and results across teams.
  • Influence product growth roadmaps to drive streamlined feature discovery and usage experiences and business outcomes.
  • Use dashboards and work closely with lifecycle analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and communicate insights to collaborators.
  • Partner with internal teams across Customer Success, Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Creative, and Regional Marketing to optimize and execute campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing or similar role at a fast-growth company.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, using best practices, and building scalable campaigns that deliver results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience in a product-led SaaS business.
  • Dynamic, highly-motivated, organized, self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven and ability to drive insights and trends from data.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, email service providers, dashboard and analytics tools, and web content platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively to drive programs from inception to execution to analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and collaborators.
