Our company is seeking a Relationship Sales Officer to support the Payments and e-Commerce Sales Corporate team in Sao Paulo.
Job Description:- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities include confirming daily deposits made to retail banks by Corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring and tracking deposit transactions using internal and external systems, resolving discrepancies and customer inquiries as needed.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Ability to research, analyze, organize, and prioritize work with guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
