Global Luxury Account Director

The Global Luxury Account Director is a key role in the organization, responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key luxury accounts and segments within the respective geographical region of CALA.

This individual will meet established room night and revenue goals as set by the Director, Global Luxury Sales CALA while professionally representing Marriott International's luxury portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing responsibilities that ensure a strong relationship as a liaison with customers and each property, working in collaboration with the broader GSO team located in the geographic region, and maintaining extensive travel requirements.

  • Manage and lead travel opportunities including road shows, tradeshows, industry events, sales appointments, and familiarization trips.
  • Assist in the rollout and management of our new luxury programs.
  • Proactively research and update GSO, Corporate Office, and Hotel colleagues on industry, market, and account trends.
  • Represent Marriott's luxury brands where applicable in vertical market segments.
