Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, ensuring their uniform application across all business units. They will collaborate with relevant departments to stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and best practices.

Process Standardization & Optimization
  • Design and continually enhance HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational soundness of HR processes.
  • Establish clear procedures for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.

 

Quality Control & Employee Experience
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and communicate policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to HR policies, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement a quality audit framework to regularly assess HR operations, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous progress.
