Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to join our team at Wadhwani Foundation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering effective and sustainable projects through partnerships with institutions and employers to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Design, plan, and implement educational projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and achieving their objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the educational projects, including resources, risks, and issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure smooth project execution and student satisfaction.
  • Student Engagement: Drive student engagement and success strategies, focusing on improving student retention and promoting graduation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including students, faculty, administrators, and partners.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Regularly review and report on project progress, proposing adjustments as needed to ensure success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, preferably within the educational sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving teams towards success. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with educational regulations and standards. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
