About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the myGwork LGBTQ Business Community as a key member of our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Global Selling expansion efforts in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for expanding our Global Selling business in Brazil.
  • Identify and address key challenges faced by merchants, leveraging our Product and Program teams to drive solutions.
  • Create and implement a new Seller lead generation strategy across all Marketplace categories, including innovative lead sources.
  • Develop a prioritization framework for targeted and massive account recruitment.
  • Design and execute hunting strategies based on selection opportunities.
  • Lead a team of sales, account development, and program management professionals.
  • Establish and track sales discipline through the development of a sales management process.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of senior-level experience in retail, sales, operations, and/or business management/consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and driving strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating polished communication skills – speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA) from a top-tier business school (4-5 years of post-MBA experience preferred).
  • Experience in sales management and team development.
  • Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with 'hands-on' management of tasks and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
