Position Overview

As a Sales Manager for Utility Solutions at Aiko Energy, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will oversee the marketing department and spearhead initiatives for international business expansion.
  2. Market Research: Conduct regular market and customer research to gather insights related to the photovoltaic sector. Analyze market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape to formulate actionable improvement strategies.
  3. Client Expansion: Lead efforts to expand major client relationships and secure significant projects in integrated ground station scenarios. Strategically develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate overseas markets.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Participate in the development and refinement of sales project processes. Standardize marketing management and risk assessment practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate effective communication across departments, collaborating with technical and production teams to ensure the successful execution of sales objectives and timely product delivery.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, particularly in complex sales with extended sales cycles.
  3. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English are essential.
  4. Demonstrated confidence and strategic foresight in prospecting new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
  5. Possession of significant customer networks and connections within the international photovoltaic sector.
  6. Proven ability to negotiate sales agreements that positively impact the company's financial performance.
  7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
