Ruijie Networks is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Partner Enablement
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales and partners on networking products and solutions.
- Enable partners' sales engineers to support independent SME projects.
- Create localized sales tools to support sales and partners.
- Localized Marketing
- Pilot and launch global marketing activities in the region.
- Localize marketing materials from headquarters and develop local marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- New Product Launch and Requirement Management
- Pilot test new products and solutions in the region.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements for products and solutions.
- Project Support
- Work with sales and partners to design solutions and deliver value for major SME projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in a PRE-sales role for networking products.
- Solid knowledge of network equipment and configurations.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- English and Portuguese as working languages.
- CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent certifications in networking are preferred.
- Marketing and partner technical enablement experience for SME networking partners is preferred.
