Job Description

Ruijie Networks is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Partner Enablement
    • Develop and deliver training programs for sales and partners on networking products and solutions.
    • Enable partners' sales engineers to support independent SME projects.
    • Create localized sales tools to support sales and partners.
  • Localized Marketing
    • Pilot and launch global marketing activities in the region.
    • Localize marketing materials from headquarters and develop local marketing materials.
    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • New Product Launch and Requirement Management
    • Pilot test new products and solutions in the region.
    • Collect and analyze customer requirements for products and solutions.
  • Project Support
    • Work with sales and partners to design solutions and deliver value for major SME projects.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in a PRE-sales role for networking products.
  2. Solid knowledge of network equipment and configurations.
  3. Excellent presentation and training skills.
  4. English and Portuguese as working languages.
  5. CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent certifications in networking are preferred.
  6. Marketing and partner technical enablement experience for SME networking partners is preferred.
