Job Title: Automotive Sales Area Manager

Our client, a prominent automotive company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Automotive Sales Area Manager. This position is based in Brazil and requires a strong understanding of the local market and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies to establish profitable business relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and ensure the execution of sales plans on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for our products in the assigned territory, operate within the assigned expense budget, and achieve new product sales programs.
  • Penetrate and develop new accounts while maintaining existing business by integrating product and process knowledge into a successful territory sales plan.
  • Network and gather competition information, and advise management on significant market insights.
  • Liaise internally with designers and product engineers, and report new product ideas.
  • The role involves commercial, operational, project management, customer service, aftersales, and financial responsibility across the vertical.
  • Act as a single point of contact in the territory for all aspects within the company, including sales, technical, customer service, aftersales, warranty, finance, and logistics.
