Job Summary

Black Pearl is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand our market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects
* Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
