**Job Overview**:
Black Pearl is seeking a seasoned Automotive Sales Area Manager to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand our market presence in Brazil.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Designers and Product Engineers, to develop new product ideas and improve existing products.
- Act as a single point of contact for all aspects of the business, including sales, technical, customer service, aftersales, and finance.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in customization and accessories.
- Residency in Brazil.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license.
