Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Ruijie Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs for sales and channel partners on networking products, solutions, and marketing tools.

  2. Collaborate with sales engineers to enhance their skills and support on independent SME project requirements.

  3. Pilot and launch global marketing activities, conducting experiments to improve acquisition and activation.

  4. Localize marketing materials from headquarters and develop local marketing content.

  5. Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a PRE-sales role with networking products such as Ethernet switch, WLAN.
  • Solid knowledge of network equipment and configurations.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages.
  • CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent certifications in networking are preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and partner technical enablement for SME networking partners is a plus.
