Executive Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and drive our sales team's revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategy in the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) segment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing sales teams, and expertise in Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the SMB market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage executive stakeholders and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • 2 years of experience in sales with Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service products and platforms.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in sales and operations, and managing sales teams.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment.
