As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for driving customer base growth through informed marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Connect with cross-functional teams to bring insights to the Category/Commercial and Central Marketing teams.
- Continuously improve the shopping journey by simplifying navigation and making Amazon the preferred online destination.
- Lead initiatives to address issues and gaps that impact customer satisfaction, guarantee category discoverability, and improve navigation in partnership with local and global teams.
We prioritize customer-centricity by understanding their behavior, connecting to business needs, and leveraging Amazon's channels and programs. Our goal is to inspire and engage customers throughout their shopping journey.
Requirements:- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with data manipulation tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Advanced English proficiency.
