Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Business Analyst to join our IT team. This individual will play a critical role in driving efficiency, improving data quality, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and be able to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. They will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements, new features, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce using standard functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing business processes leveraging Salesforce capabilities, driving efficiency and user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and develop and deliver training materials to ensure effective platform utilization.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data cleansing, migration, and establishing best practices for data entry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security features.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
