We are seeking a high-performing professional to lead Seller Performance initiatives in LATAM. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accuracy of policy implementations
- Integrate internal and external benchmarking information to inform business decisions
- Create a self-service structure for selling partners, reducing the need for business intervention
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively resolving issues via email and phone
- Fluent English language skills are essential for this role
- Experience working in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments is crucial
- Advanced Excel skills are required for data analysis and reporting
