About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Lead to oversee Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Training: Develop efficient onboarding processes, providing comprehensive training to client teams to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
- Client Objectives Mapping: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, aligning expectations with tailored solutions to drive success.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, promoting engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Success Planning: Develop personalized success plans with clear goals and performance indicators to measure progress and drive results.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics to generate insights and recommendations that drive business growth and improvement.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Prepare and present reviews highlighting achievements and opportunities for growth and development.
- Success Stories: Create and share success cases and best practices to showcase client successes and drive business expansion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Portfolio Prioritization: Manage client portfolios, prioritizing actions based on potential, risk, and expansion opportunities to maximize business value.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data visualization tools to extract, analyze, and present insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.
- CRM Management: Record, track, and consult activities, interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related areas.
- Mid-Market and/or Enterprise client experience.
- Proven project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with CRMs, especially Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile.
