Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute tailored strategies to help customers achieve their business goals and realize value from our product.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain a network of champions within each customer organization to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
