We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Lead the sales team, providing training and support to ensure success
- Establish sales targets and objectives for the team
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Manage the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial management or sales in the HVAC and refrigeration industry
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration (desirable)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills
