Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Lead the sales team, providing training and support to ensure success
  • Establish sales targets and objectives for the team
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Manage the sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial management or sales in the HVAC and refrigeration industry
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration (desirable)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills
