Senior Partner Marketing Lead

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the company's go-to-market strategy across its partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with partners to make them trusted providers of open-source based products and solutions.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes through key partners, including silicon, IHV, ODM, Channel, GSIs, etc.
  • Align with growth, field, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Own the execution of partner campaigns across the funnel from recruitment to demand generation programs.
  • Engage and elevate the partner community through exceptional content in partnership with the communication, product, and alliances teams.
  • Multiply our partners' impact through programmatic approaches.
  • Craft bespoke plans and joint value propositions to stand out in the marketplace.
  • Champion our partner collaboration vision both internally and externally.
  • Manage the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) whether we receive it or distribute it.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and reporting tools to continually improve the ROI of partner marketing activities.
  • Mentor and develop a diverse team of partner marketers covering our whole spectrum of partners.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous testing and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, demonstrated leadership experience in aligning diverse partners around Go-To-Market strategies, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs in the technology space.

  4. Management of partner relationships and engagement initiatives.
  5. Leadership in adopting and implementing innovative marketing technologies.
  6. Team management and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
