As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our global marketing efforts. You'll lead the evolution of Partner Marketing Central for self-serve, always-on partner campaigns and co-branded content helping to bring high-value marketing programs to life.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you'll work cross-collaboratively within Braze and directly with agency and technology partners to execute campaigns and events (online and offline) to drive Braze awareness and demand generation. You'll oversee our MDF programs, manage engagement across partner initiatives, and continuously optimize based on performance data and feedback.
- Create and execute scale partner marketing programs inclusive of best-in-class events, campaigns and self-serve resources that drive mutual growth for Braze and our partners.
- Build partner marketing toolkits including campaigns-in-a-box, content, templates and guides working cross-functionally with Product, Industry, Campaigns and Content teams.
- Launch and maintain Partner Marketing Central (PMC) platform to provide partners with access to customizable resources, marketing campaigns and content.
- Drive adoption and engagement of scale marketing programs and PMC, continuously optimizing to improve partner experience and performance.
- Be bold in bringing new ideas and opportunities to the table using your creativity and strategic thinking.
- Oversee Market Development Fund (MDF) programs ensuring efficient fund allocation, full program utilization and high-impact marketing outcomes.
- Measure and report on the performance of programs and lead generation metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Who You Are
You have a proactive, growth mindset and want to make a lasting impact. This role is perfect for a self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward while effectively engaging and aligning partners and stakeholders along the way.
- 4-5+ years experience in areas of marketing, with 2 years in partner marketing or alliance management.
- Experience at B2B SaaS company and/or at Braze's key technology or agency partners.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and partner ecosystem dynamics.
- Organized project owner who is detail-oriented and has a high standard of excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, and working cross departmentally to create unique solutions to solve them.
- Bachelor degree required.
