Payroll and Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly payroll files, calculating gross and net salaries, and managing income tax withholdings.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely payroll reports detailing payments, deductions, and contributions.
- Manage employee expense reimbursements and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Conduct payroll audits to verify the accuracy of payments and deductions.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.
- Proficiency in payroll and HR platforms such as ADP, Workday, and other integrated HRIS systems.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
