Job Title:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations professional to join our organization. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in product and solutions marketing, with experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights and alignment across relevant stakeholders, manage relationships with suppliers and industry experts, and track campaign performance.
Your responsibilities will include developing goals and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns, managing content for marketing campaigns, evaluating quality and alignment with marketing objectives, and coordinating with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
You will also liaise with related Product Management and Development teams to design launch new products targeting optimal market positioning, marketing mix, promotions, etc., and manage sales enablement trainings to ensure teams have all necessary information for efficient and optimal commercialization of the product.
As a data-driven professional, you will analyze data from marketing campaigns, coordinate with analytics teams or external vendors as necessary to track performance, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns during regular meetings with your director, monthly sales calls, and meetings with internal product stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to differentiate our products, increase revenue, market share, and customer awareness
- Manage content for marketing campaigns using content created by vendors, content from manufacturers, internally-developed content, or a combination
- Liaise with related Product Management and Development teams to design launch new products targeting optimal market positioning, marketing mix, promotions, etc.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns and coordinate with analytics teams or external vendors as necessary to track performance
- Report on the performance of marketing campaigns during regular meetings with your director, monthly sales calls, and meetings with internal product stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is highly preferred (clinical, physiotherapy, nutrition, nursing, etc.)
- English: Advance (speak, read, write)
- Medical device experience. Understanding of compression, electrodes and/or wound therapies preferred.
- Progressive marketing experience (product launch, strategy ideation, others)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player, hands on approach, strong leadership and project coordination, energetic and positive disposition
