Senior UX Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of workforce solutions, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of millions.


In this role, you will work closely with our creative and intelligent team to design innovative solutions for everyday workers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our tools are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.


You will use your skills in user experience design, visual design, and data visualization to craft elegant and intuitive solutions. Our best designers take a holistic approach to delivering value and delighting our clients.


As a Senior UX Designer, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to plan and execute projects that drive business outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to train on leading-edge technologies that redefine what's possible in our industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and visualize complex systems, workflows, and user interactions
  • Document components, principles, and usage guidelines for easy adoption by designers and developers
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and execute projects that are strategic and conceptual in nature

Nice to Have as Prior Experience:
  • Using AI to design and build products
  • Familiarity with service design and design thinking methodologies

Requirements:
  • Education: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area. Proven experience with portfolio examples showcasing systems thinking.
  • Functional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
  • Leadership: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Be able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple factors.
