As a key member of the Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT service support to our clients. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions related to IT services.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent language skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues, often under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in support (service desk area) with a strong understanding of technical concepts and systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
