Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to interpret and implement regulatory requirements through data model definition, logic mapping, and report creation within the Axiom solution.
- Participate in design workshops and contribute ideas to end-solution design.
- Develop creative solutions to client needs and problems, making functional and technical enhancements to resolve issues.
- Translate functional specifications for the technical development team and support them throughout the development and testing process.
- Assist clients in interpreting regulatory requirements and mapping internal data to required logic.
- Identify alternative solutions for software bugs and make technical enhancements to resolve customer issues and configure environments as needed.
- Contribute to the evaluation of technical enhancements and document technical issues effectively.
- Produce and maintain documentation outlining developments, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Provide on-site and phone support for clients' technical requests.
