Global Mobility Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire global mobility lifecycle, from initial assessment to final assignment. They will develop and implement efficient processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide exceptional support to assignees and business travelers.


About this Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role in our Global Mobility team. The right candidate will have a strong background in global mobility operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Execution & Compliance: Develop and implement risk-based governance triggers, monitor regulatory changes, and maintain accurate records of compliance metrics.
  • Change Management Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out policy updates, execute communication plans, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Employee Experience & Support: Provide primary contact support to assignees and business travelers, manage vendor relationships, and resolve complex inquiries independently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years+ experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
  • Fluent English plus Mandarin preferred.
  • GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision.
