Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Sports Risk Executive to join our International Risk team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our sports betting platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Risk Management: React to customer bets in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to set risk practices.
- Settlement Queries: Resolve queries arising from in-house data reports and customers, including special markets built by the International Trading Team.
- Internal Relationships: Liaise with trading and risk teams to ensure a best-in-class betting product through pricing efficiency and high-class site content.
- Trading Support: Assist other areas of the business, including the International Trading team, operations, content, and sports trading teams.
- Risk Assessment: Assess customers based on bio information, betting patterns, and historical trends and data.
- Error & Liability Management: Identify potential errors and manage liability growth on the sportsbook using trading and risk tools.
Requirements:
- A deep interest in betting and gaming, with knowledge of customer risk.
- Flexibility to work late evenings/weekends as this is a shift-based position.
- A willingness to learn and follow existing procedures, while bringing curiosity and suggestions for improvements.
- The ability to identify patterns, react quickly to changing situations, and extract information from various sources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
