International Risk Manager

Seeking a motivated individual to join our International Risk team as an executive. This role involves real-time risk management of customers' bets, accounts, and live events with a focus on Brazilian customers and markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in betting and gaming, along with knowledge of customer risk. Flexibility to work late evenings/weekends is also essential, as this is a shift-based position that ties in with the Dublin/Malta based overnight team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment and Management - React to customer bets in a timely and efficient fashion in line with set risk practices
  • Settlement Queries - Handle settlement queries arising from in-house data reports and customers
  • Internal Relationships - Liaise with other trading and risk teams to ensure a best-in-class betting product through pricing efficiency and high-class site content
  • Trading Support - Assist other areas of the business when required, including international trading, operations, content, and sports trading teams
  • Error & Liability Management - Use trading and risk tools to identify potential errors and manage liability growth on the sportsbook

Key Requirements

  • Deep interest in betting and gaming
  • Flexibility to work late evenings/weekends
  • Willingness to learn and follow existing procedures, but also bring curiosity to ask questions and suggest improvements
  • Ability to identify patterns and quickly react to ever-changing situations in real time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in English
