job responsibilities

Local tournament operation:

In-depth understanding of Brazilian local sports events (e.g. Barclays Premier League, Barclays B League, State Championships, Brazilian Cup, etc.), and tracking of tournament dynamics, club news and player information.

Design and optimize the betting game to fit Brazilian users' preferences (e.g. local gambling rules, real-time betting, etc.).

Event planning and execution:

Plan localized promotional activities (e.g. exclusive offers during Carnival/World Cup, first deposit rewards, win streak rebates, etc.) to increase user activity and retention.

Coordinate with marketing department to promote campaigns and ensure compliance with Brazilian gaming advertising requirements.

User demand insights:

Analyze Brazilian players' betting behavior and develop targeted operation strategies for local preferences (e.g. southern fans' focus on Gremio/International teams).

Handle user feedback to optimize the betting product experience (e.g. odds setting, settlement speed, etc.).

Compliance & Risk Control:

Ensure that all operational activities comply with the Brazilian Online Gaming Law and ANJL regulatory requirements, including age verification, anti-money laundering (AML) policy implementation.

Monitor abnormal betting behavior to prevent fraud risk.
